In the name of the cyborg, seven international artists came together at the residency center Casa Snowapple in Mexico City. As part of a process of mutual learning and teaching, I introduced my practice of performative, body-related art forms. Together with Donna Haraway’s texts, we reflected on her concepts of entanglements and embodied knowledge. The sculptures created during the residency, now slowly being overgrown in the garden of the center, became a way of engaging the whole body in relation to material. They stand as traces of this process and tell of the collaboration that is needed to create them.
