In UNSER TÄGLICH BROT, the bakers shape their own replacements out of dough. Every hour, a new worker is born; every hour, another worker collapses and returns to dough. Through a small door, the audience enters a basement where this eternal cycle unfolds. Amidst the strangely diligent bustle, the performers weave poetic narratives about labor, bodily redemption, and the mechanisms of exploitation that feed our ever-hungry economic system.
